The purpose of this site is to explore what it means to be a cycling enthusiast of any gender who happens to be over 50.
Focused mainly for the Southern Alberta cyclist, the pages within will eventually become what I hope is an exciting and useful digest of helpful articles, images, and blogging.
There will be monthly feature articles on local cyclists, timely announcements and promotions of events that are inclusive to our age bracket, and the do's and don'ts of over-50 cycling.
I’ll include helpful tips on seasonal clothing (spandex optional), winter cycling and preparing your body and mind for those long rides.
